Before your treatment

  • Stay hydrated for at least 48 hours before your session. Well hydrated tissue conducts RF energy more efficiently.  

  • Avoid sun exposure and pause actives or irritating skincare products for 5-7 days prior.

  • Arrive at the clinic with clean, makeup-free skin.

During treatment

  • Grounding pad placement: A grounding pad is placed on the back. This acts as the return electrode, completing the RF circuit and allowing energy to flow safely and evenly through the skin

  • Energy delivery: The XERF handpiece delivers precise thermal energy in either a stamping or sliding motion, depending on the area being treated. Its Wave Fit™ Pulse System dynamically adjusts energy during each pulse, while Integrated Cryogen Delivery (ICD) cooling sprays protect the skin and maintain comfort. Skin temperature is continuously monitored, and the system automatically pauses energy delivery if heat exceeds safe levels (above ~43 °C).

  • Duration: A full face and neck session typically takes 45–60 minutes.
