CANCELLATIONS

• All appointments require 24 hours notice or full charges will be applied.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

RESERVATIONS

• Appointments are booked by telephone, in person or via email.

• Cancellations can be done by telephone, voicemail or email.

PROMPTNESS

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  Late arrival will result in a modified treatment time so that the next guest is not kept waiting.  Full charge will apply.

MINIMUM AGE

Some treatments may require parental consent/presence if under the age of 18.

PRIVACY POLICY

TTMSPA is dedicated to maintaining high standards of confidentiality with respect to information entrusted to it, including that received via this Web Site. A visitor to this web site is not required to reveal any individually identifiable information, such as name, address, or telephone number. Nor is such information collected passively by electronic means.

TTMSPA tracks general information about visitors such as their domain name and time of visit. This Web Site also collects and aggregates information regarding which pages are being accessed.
